Human Rights and Sustainability Statement
Our position on human rights, the environment and responsibility in the supply chain.
1. Human rights
We respect the internationally recognised human rights and are guided by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We reject child labour and forced labour in every form – in our own operations and in the supply chain.
2. Supply chain
We do not select suppliers on price alone. Origin, conformity documentation and working conditions form part of the assessment. The Supplier Code (PQ-COM-08) is an integral part of our business relationships.
3. Environment
- Consolidate transport routes and shorten them where possible.
- Reduce packaging material without compromising product safety.
- Proper disposal and recycling in our own operations.
4. Working conditions in our own operations
We offer safe workplaces, fair remuneration and equal treatment irrespective of gender, origin, religion, age, disability or sexual orientation.
5. Reporting
PHARMEQ AG is currently not subject to any statutory sustainability reporting obligation. We disclose the principles described here and answer questions from business partners on individual points on request.
These policies describe the internal order of PHARMEQ AG. They create no third-party entitlements and do not replace any contractual agreement.
