PQ-COM-01 · Rev. 2026-01
Code of Conduct
The binding ground rules for the conduct of all employees and corporate bodies of PHARMEQ AG.
1. Principle
PHARMEQ AG trades in medical consumables, accessories and spare parts. Our products end up in an environment in which mistakes affect people. From this we derive a simple standard: we do nothing that we could not openly justify to a patient, a supervisory authority or our bank.
The Code applies without exception. Neither commercial pressure nor an instruction from a superior justifies a deviation.
2. Law and regulation
We comply with the law applicable at our registered office and in the markets in which we operate. Where local practice falls short of our standards, the higher standard applies.
3. Integrity in business dealings
- No bribery, no kickbacks, no payments to speed up official acts.
- Gifts and invitations only within a socially customary, minor scale and never to influence a decision.
- No arrangements with competitors on prices, markets, volumes or the allocation of customers.
- No business with persons or organisations listed on relevant sanctions lists.
4. Conflicts of interest
Private interests must not influence business decisions. Anyone who identifies a possible conflict discloses it before deciding. Details are governed by the Conflicts of Interest Policy (PQ-COM-04) and the Outside Activities Policy (PQ-COM-05).
5. Products, documentation and traceability
- We source exclusively from suppliers whose conformity documentation is complete.
- Batch and delivery data are documented in such a way that every shipment remains traceable.
- Complaints and recalls are handled without delay and recorded in a verifiable manner.
6. Handling of information
Business and customer data are to be treated as confidential, including after the end of the employment relationship. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
7. Reporting of breaches
Anyone who suspects a breach reports it to Executive Management or – if Executive Management is concerned – to the Board of Directors. The reporting channel and the protection of reporting persons are governed by PQ-COM-06. Intentional breaches of this Code have consequences under employment law.
These policies describe the internal order of PHARMEQ AG. They create no third-party entitlements and do not replace any contractual agreement.
