• Complete and valid conformity and approval documentation for every product supplied.
• Traceability at batch level.
• Immediate notification of recalls, field safety corrective actions and changes to products or manufacturing sites.
• No counterfeit, relabelled goods or goods from unauthorised sources.

2. Human rights and working conditions

• No child labour, no forced or compulsory labour.
• Compliance with statutory working hours and minimum wages.
• Freedom of association, no discrimination, no harassment.
• Safe workplaces and adequate health protection.

3. Environment

• Compliance with the applicable environmental regulations and valid permits.
• Responsible handling of hazardous substances and waste.
• Packaging kept to a minimum, return of transport packaging where practicable.

4. Integrity

• No bribery, no improper benefits to our employees.
• Compliance with sanctions and export control regulations.
• Protection of confidential information and personal data.

5. Evidence and consequences

We reserve the right to verify compliance by means of self-declaration, review of documents or audit. In the event of serious or repeated breaches, we reserve the right to terminate the business relationship.
